He takes us on a journey though Queensland's backyard and profiles both the quality and diversity of our food. Session Two - The Great South East1.30pm - 2.15pm This session takes you out and about in the greater Brisbane area to explore what’s on, where to go and things to do. Often these adventures take our hosts to an out of the way café, exotic restaurant or crafty kitchen so join Sofie and Laurel as they showcase a couple of their favourite recipes gathered along the way. Session Three - Creek to Coast2.45pm - 3.30pm Creek to Coast is Queensland's only program dedicated entirely to exploring the outdoors, playing around in the dirt and having a go at any and every form of watersport, with some of its most popular stories featuring recipes with local seafood. Usually we’d leave these up to our in-house cooks, but this weekend we’ll mix it up with a bit of humour and get Scott and Kimberley to show us their culinary skills – or lack of!
